So both Codeberg and GitLab can import not just code (git), but other info like issues, pull requests, releases. Anybody can already mirror repos no problem, and use issues, threads, whatever from anywhere. There's still a bunch of technical infrastructure that's still GH-specific, but will be slowly but surely decentralising
